The Board of Directors of the Tree Haus Metropolitan District (THMD) met in person at 1125 Lincoln Avenue, Suite 400, Steamboat Springs, Colorado, 80487 on Last Wednesday of the month at 5:00 p.m.  Meeting includes a virtual option via google meet.

Notices of meeting are posted on the District’s website at treehausmetrodistrict.com.

District mill levy:  19.113 mils, for levy in year 2026

Total ad valorem tax revenue received by district during 2025:  $251,110 unaudited

Board members whose office will be on the May 2026 ballot
